Tip of the week #5

It has long been know that drinking water first thing in the morning purifies the body's internal system. Water has many many benefits and it's so important to drink a lot of water during the day to stay hydrated.

According to doctor Batmanhelidj, humans seem to lose
the perception of needing water and not recognizing their need for water, they gradually become increasingly and chronically dehydrated with the progress of age.
